本文件规定了标称电压1.5 kV以上直流系统中电力设施设计与安装要求。
本文件适用于下列设施:
a) 换流站或直流开关站；
b) 一个厂址上的太阳能发电场或电池储存单元等一个或多个直流发电或储存单元:包括直流设备和电缆以及所有相关的电力电子设备、控制设备、开关设备和电气辅助系统。不包括不同厂址直流发电或储存单元之间的连接；
c) 安装在海上设施上用来发电、输电、配电和存储电力的直流设施；
d) 地下电缆与架空线路之间或不同区段地下电缆之间的直流终端站。
本文件不适用于下列设施设计与安装:
——独立设施之间的架空线路与地下电缆；
——电气化铁路；
——矿山开采设备及设施；
——石油开采的船舶设施和海上设施；
——静电除尘器和喷涂装置等静电设备；
——试验现场；
——医用X光设备等医疗设备；
——阀厅。
本文件不适用于带电作业。
本文件不适用于预装式晶闸管阀、电压源换流器（VSC）阀和开关设备的设计。
