本文件规定了用分子马达法、近红外免疫层析法和目标区域测序法快速测定微生物的方法。本文件中第一法--分子马达法适用于食品和生活饮用水中单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌（L. monocytogenes）、副溶血性弧菌（Vibrio parahemolyticus）、霍乱弧菌(Vibrio cholerae)、沙门氏菌（Salmonella）、阪崎克罗诺杆菌(阪崎肠杆菌)（Cronobacter sakazakii)、志贺氏菌(Shigella）、甲型肝炎病毒(Hepatitis A virus,HAV)的快速测定；第二法--近红外免疫层析法适用于食品和生活饮用水中单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌、副溶血性弧菌、霍乱弧菌、沙门氏菌、轮状病毒（Rotavirus）、诺如病毒(Norovirus)、甲型肝炎病毒的快速测定；第三法--目标区域测序法适用于食品和生活饮用水中沙门氏菌、志贺氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)、副溶血性弧菌、小肠结肠炎耶耳森氏菌（Yersinia enterocolitica）、空肠弯曲菌（Campylobacter jejuni）、单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌、肠出血性大肠杆菌O157：H7（Enterohemorrhagic E. coli O157 ）、霍乱弧菌、阪崎克罗诺杆菌（阪崎肠杆菌）、创伤弧菌（Vibrio vulnificus）和溶藻弧菌（Vibrio alginolyticus)的快速测定。
