Scope of Application：
本文件规定了石油天然气工业油气井全生命周期完整性管理的基本要求和推荐做法，包括井完整性策略及管理体系、井完整性设计基础、井设计阶段、建井阶段、生产阶段、修井阶段、弃井阶段。
本文件适用于石油天然气工业高风险井的完整性管理。
本文件不适用于石油天然气工业井控管理，也不适用于裸眼井壁完整性管理。
注1：高风险井是同时满足以下定义中任意两个或两个以上条件的井：
a) 储层孔隙流体压力不低于70 MPa；
b) 储层温度不低于150 ℃；
c) 储层H2S含量不低于30 g/m3；
d) 试油预测产气量或生产配产产气量大于20×104 m3/d；
e) 水深超过500 m井。
注2： 裸眼井壁完整性指裸眼井在钻完井后保持其形状和完整性的能力，也称为“钻孔稳定性”。
