Scope of Application：
本标准规定了心脏瓣膜修复器械及其输送系统（若适用）的操作条件和性能要求。
本标准适用于所有预期作用于瓣膜结构或相邻解剖结构（例如：心室、冠状窦）来修复和/或改善人类自体心脏瓣膜的功能的心脏瓣膜修复器械（例如：瓣膜成形术器械、瓣叶夹闭装置、人工腱索等）。
本标准不适用于心脏再同步治疗（CRT）器械、瓣周漏闭合器械、不置入植入物的系统（例如：消融、射频瓣膜成形术）、带有含活细胞组件的心尖导管和器械。标准也不适用于预期用途不是修复和/或改善人体心脏瓣膜功能的材料（例如：用于普通外科手术的补片材料和缝合线）。
注1：YY/T 0640规定了无源外科植入物性能的通用要求，本标准可视为对YY/T 0640的补充。
注2：本标准概述了通过风险管理来验证/确认心脏瓣膜修复系统的设计和制造的方法。通过风险评定选择适当的验证/确认试验和方法。此类试验包括心脏瓣膜修复系统的组件和材料的物理、化学、生物和机械性能的评估。试验还包括对成品心脏瓣膜修复系统的临床前体内评价，以评估心脏瓣膜修复系统的安全性和有效性。
