本文件适用于单个筒(桶)额定洗涤容量≤25.0 kg，单相额定电压≤250 V，在家庭、商店、学校等场所由非专业人员使用的电动洗衣机和洗干一体机。对于波轮式洗干一体机以及单个筒额定烘干容量≤1.0 kg 的滚筒式洗干一体机只考核其洗涤功能。
本文件不适用于没有脱水功能的洗衣机、没有洗涤棉质织物程序或功能的洗衣机和洗干一体机，也不适用于专业人员使用的特殊用途的洗衣机、洗干一体机以及干洗机。
