Scope of Application：
本文件规定了高励磁水平下工作的电感器、扼流圈、变压器和其他有功率要求的电子器件等用的闭路磁心的功耗和振幅磁导率的测量方法。
本文件给出的测量方法如量热法和反射法能实现磁性能的测量频率范围从直流（d.c.）到10 MHz，甚至更高。对于给定频率范围的磁特性测量，选用哪种测量方法取决于需要达到的准确度。
本文件中的测量方法基于通常的正弦波励磁情况，对其他周期性波形也适用。但是，只有在相应的频谱范围内磁通密度和磁场强度波形准确度只有轻微降低的情况下，所用的测量电路和仪器能够控制幅度和相位，才能获得足够的准确度。
