Scope of Application：
本文件规定了明确以识别能向交易存储库报告的场外（OTC)衍生品方案所包含的元素，具体包括：
——UPI的结构和格式；
——UPI参考数据库的最少数据元素，及其允许值。
UPI至少适用于以下金融工具类别下的OTC衍生工具（见ISO 10962)：
——互换（S)；
——远期合约（J)；
——非上市期权和复合上市期权（H)；
注1： 《中华人民共和国期货和衍生品法》第三条第二款中规定:本法所称衍生品交易，是指期货交易以外的，以互换合约、远期合约和非标准化期权合约及其组合为交易标的的交易活动。
注2：非上市期权和复合上市期权（H)属于非标准化期权的范畴。
