本文件规定了测量艇体长度不大于24 m的机动游艇航行中空气噪声最大声压级时，获取可重复和可比较测量结果的条件。这些艇包括舷内机艇、尾机驱动艇、个人艇（PWC）以及舷外机艇。本文件还规定了基于标准艇的有集成排气系统的尾机驱动艇型式试验和舷外机艇型式试验。此外，本文件还规定了除最大声压级外，对声暴露级测定应遵循的程序。
