Scope of Application：
本文件适用于不带回转，用于切断金属线、缆绳等，以及用于诸如缆绳末端连接的扣压手持式非电类动力工具（以下称为“切断和扣压动力工具”)。切断和扣压动力工具能由压缩空气、液压油或内燃机驱动，在用或不用悬挂装置（例如平衡装置）的情况下供一名操作者在单手或双手扶持下使用。
