Scope of Application：
本文件规定了使用白光或紫外光（UV-A，中心波长为365 nm）检测被检材料表面开口不连续（如裂纹、重皮、折叠、气孔和未熔合等）的渗透检测方法。该方法主要用于金属材料，但也用于其他非多孔性且对渗透材料呈惰性的材料（如铸件、锻件、焊接件、陶瓷等）。
本文件规定了检测过程与控制要求，但不包括验收准则。本文件不涉及个别检测系统特定应用的适用性信息，也不涉及检测设备的要求。
注1：测定和监测渗透检测产品的基本性能方法，见ISO 3452-2和ISO 3452-3。
