本标准规定了双甲酮(醛试剂）比浊法、变色酸比色法和碱性品红亚硫酸比色法测定醛的通用方法。本标准适用于化学试剂中微量醛的测定。双甲酮(醛试剂）比浊法的检测范围为0.5 μg/mL～4 μg/mL(以HCHO计）；变色酸分光光度法或目视比色法的检测范围为0.04 μg/mL～2 μg/mL(以HCHO计）；碱性品红亚硫酸比色法的检测范围为0.4 μg/mL～4 μg/mL(以HCHO计）、4 μg/mL～32 μg/mL(以CH3CHO计）。
