1.1 本标准规定了绝热材料对奥氏体不锈钢外部应力腐蚀开裂的试验方法的术语和定义、仪器与设备、试剂与材料、不锈钢试件制备、绝热材料试样制备、试验方法、试验用敏化的不锈钢试件合格验证、试验后不锈钢试件检查、试验结果、试验报告。
1.2 本标准适用于覆盖奥氏体不锈钢用绝热材料及其制品，主要包括矿物棉、硅酸钙、复合硅酸盐、膨胀珍珠岩、泡沫石棉、泡沫玻璃、气凝胶和保温防火涂料等。也适用于水泥和粘结剂。
1.3 本标准给出了达纳法和滴注法两种测试方法，适用性如下：
——达纳法仅适用于芯吸型材料，滴注法适用于所有可被切割或成型为试验试样的材料；
——当材料可热处理成芯吸型材料时，可用达纳法或滴注法测试；
——当材料无法处理成芯吸型材料或热处理温度大于厂家推荐温度时，用滴注法测试。
