本标准规定了双向拉伸聚苯乙烯热收缩薄膜(以下简称薄膜)的分类和规格、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存。本标准适用于以聚苯乙烯树脂为主要原料，用平膜法挤出经双向拉伸工艺制成并具有热收缩性能的薄膜。本标准不适用于直接接触食品的薄膜。
