本文件规定了螺旋缠绕内衬法修复地下无压排水管网所用的带状型材“M”阶段和内衬管“I”阶段的技术要求、工程施工与验收的质量控制要点，描述了性能要求的试验方法。
本文件适用于以螺旋缠绕内衬法修复地下无压排水管道的未增塑聚氯乙烯（PVC-U）螺旋缠绕管道系统，包括带状型材的生产和内衬管的现场施工、验收。
注1：螺旋缠绕内衬法施工设备包括固定式（A 法）和行走式（B 法）两种。固定式缠绕机在工作井内工作，缠绕的内衬管沿原管道推进；移动式缠绕机随着螺旋内衬管的形成在原管道内移动。根据内衬管直径控制方案，通常又将固定式螺旋缠绕法分为 A1 法（ 定径式）、A2 法（扩张式），与 B 法（机头行走式）并列。
注2：本文件技术内容基于带有一体式锁紧结构的 PVC-U带状型材及其螺旋缠绕成型的内衬管。
