本文件规定了质子交换膜电解槽(以下简称“PEM电解槽”)的命名规则、通用要求、技术要求、检验规则、标志和出厂资料的要求。
本文件适用于额定产氢压力小于或等于10 MPa，单槽额定产氢量1 m3/h~500 m3/h的PEM电解槽的设计制造。额定产氢压力大于10 MPa的PEM电解槽、额定产氢量小于1 m3/h或者大于500 m3/h的PEM电解槽参照执行。
注：除特别说明外，压力均指表压力。本文件中标准状态为温度0 ℃，压力101.325 kPa(绝对压力)，本文件中氢气和氧气的体积指标准状态下的体积。
