本文件是关于电气和电子设备对来自150 kHz～80 MHz频率范围内有意和/或无意宽带信号源产生的电磁骚扰的传导抗扰度要求。
本文件的目的是建立一个通用的基准，以评估电气和电子设备交流电源端口在遭受有意和/或无意宽带信号源产生的传导骚扰时的抗扰度。本文件规定的试验方法描述了评估设备或系统对已定义现象的抗扰度的一致性方法。
不具备至少一个交流电源端口的设备不在要求之列。不准备连接到交流电源配电网络上的电源端口认定为非“交流电源端口”，因此也不在要求之列。
本文件仅适用于额定输入电流≤16 A的单相设备；多相设备和/或额定输入电流大于16 A的单相设备的宽带骚扰适用方法还在考虑中。
