Scope of Application：
本文件描述了评估近电场、近磁场或近电磁场分量对集成电路（IC）影响的测量方法。本测量方法旨在用于IC的架构分析，例如平面规划和配电优化。本测量方法也可用于测量扫描探头能够靠近的、安装在任何电路板上的IC。某些情况下，本测量方法不仅可扫描IC，还可扫描IC的环境。为了对比不同IC的表面扫描抗扰度，宜使用IEC 62132-1规定的标准试验板。
