Scope of Application：
本文件规定了手持式动力驱动往复式锯、抛光机和锉刀以及摆式或回转式锯手柄部位手传振动测量的试验方法，确定了在规定的试验条件下操作机器时手柄握持部位振动大小的型式检验程序。其测得的结果用来比较相同型式不同型号机器的振动量。
本文件适用于以压缩空气或其他动力驱动的安装有锉刀和抛光工具进行表面修整的往复式锉，用来锯开板材、医用石膏或木材的锯，或者是安装有适用于锯开各种材料锯条的锯，以及主要用来切割金属和复合材料的小圆盘式锯（见第5章）。
本文件不适用于通常用一只手放在锉刀刀具上的锉刀，也不适用于锯切木头的大圆盘式锯。
