本文件规定了压力输水用取向硬聚氯乙烯（PVC-O)管材（以下简称“管材”)和连接件的术语和定义、符号和缩略语、材料、产品分类、要求、试验方法、检验规则和标志、运输、贮存。
本文件适用于水温不超过45 ℃,最大工作压力（MOP)不超过2.5 MPa，地下或地上（不直接暴露在阳光下)给水、压力排水、排污及灌溉系统的管材和连接件。
注：工作温度不超过25 ℃ 时，温度对压力的折减系数(ft)等于1。工作温度在25 ℃～45 ℃的ft，参见附录B。
