全国电梯标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC 196)
本标准规定了乘客电梯和载货电梯的技术要求、检验规则以及标志、包装、运输与贮存等要求。本标准适用于额定速度不大于6.0 m/s的电力驱动曳引式和额定速度不大于0.63 m/s的电力驱动强制式的乘客电梯和载货电梯。对于额定速度大于6.0 m/s的电力驱动曳引式乘客电梯和载货电梯可参照本标准执行，不适用部分由制造商与客户协商确定。本标准不适用于液压电梯、杂物电梯和家用电梯。
