Scope of Application：
1.1 本文件规定了聚氯乙烯树脂比浓黏度（也称黏数)和K值的测定条件，适用于氯乙烯均聚物及由氯乙烯与一种或更多种其他单体构成（其中主要成分为氯乙烯)的二元共聚物和三元共聚物等粉末型树脂。树脂可以含有少量的未聚合物质（例如，乳化剂或分散剂、残留的引发剂等)和在聚合过程中填加的其他物质。但是，本文件不适用于据GB/T 2914测得的挥发物含量超过0.5%的树脂以及不能完全溶解在环己酮中的树脂。
1.2 一个特定树脂的比浓黏度和K值与它的分子量有关，但是这种关系会变化，依赖于存在的其他单体的类型和浓度。因此具有相同的比浓黏度或K值的均聚物和共聚物的分子量可能不同。
1.3 对于一个特定的聚氯乙烯树脂样品，所选择的测定溶液的浓度对比浓黏度或K值的测定数值有不同的影响。因此，只有当所用的溶液浓度相同时，按本文件描述的步骤所得出的比浓黏度和K值的数值才能进行比较。
1.4 极限黏数不用于PVC树脂。
1.5 本文件所描述的试验步骤能用于表征在化学分析一个聚氯乙烯复合物过程中所得到的聚合物成分。然而，由于得到的聚合物成分不纯，在这样情况下计算得出的比浓黏度和K值并不代表用于该复合物的树脂的真实值。
