本文件适用于人类白细胞抗原(HLA)的基因分型检测试剂盒(以下简称试剂盒)的质量控制。该试剂盒主要用于HLAⅠ类A、B和C位点及Ⅱ类DRB和DQB等多位点、单一血清学组或等位基因的基因分型。该试剂盒方法学包含但不限于聚合酶链反应-序列特异性引物法(PCR-SSP)、聚合酶链反应-序列特异性寡核苷酸探针法(PCR-SSO)、聚合酶链反应-基因测序分型法(PCR-SBT)、荧光PCR法、PCR熔解曲线法等。临床用途包括移植或输血的供体与受体匹配、疾病的辅助诊断等。
本文件不适用于采用高通量测序方法检测人类白细胞抗原(HLA)的基因分型试剂盒。
