Scope of Application：
GB/T 40344的本部分规定了三种体积流率测量方法，并分别规定了测量真空泵基础压力、压缩比和临界前级压力的方法。 测量体积流率的第一种方法（流量法）是一种基础方法：向真空泵内注入稳定流量的气体，同时测量泵的入口压力。在实际测量中，气体流量的测量可能是复杂或不精确的。为此，规定了另两种方法，以避免直接测量流量。 测量体积流率的第二种方法（小孔法）适用于入口压力非常低（高真空或者超高真空）、流量非常小的情况。该方法是基于测量测试罩双测试室中的压力比。该测试罩由一个带圆孔的薄壁分隔成两个腔室。 测量体积流率的第三种方法（抽气法）是基于大型容器抽空的方法，非常适用于自动化测量。通过抽气间隔前后的两个压力值和测试罩的体积来计算体积流率。测量结果及最后得出的体积流率受不同条件影响，如漏率和放气率、抽气间隔过程中由于接近于等熵膨胀引起的气体冷却、低压分子流态下引起测试罩与真空泵之间连接管路的流阻增加。 测量方法的选择取决于特定种类真空泵的属性。例如，只有需要配备前级泵的真空泵才需要测量临界前级压力。所有未在本部分中规定的真空泵的测量参数（例如功耗的测量），在相应泵的标准中予以规定。
