Scope of Application:
本文件规定了使用拉曼光谱测量石墨烯相关二维材料的层数的方法。
本文件适用于利用机械剥离法制备的、横向尺寸不小于2 μm的石墨烯薄片的层数测量。化学气相沉积(CVD: chemical vapor deposition)法制备的以AB堆垛或ABC堆垛的石墨烯薄片可参照本方法执行。
注1: 测量石墨烯薄片的层数时,可单独或者综合几种方法联合测量并相互验证。
注2: 第5章给出了基于2D模的线型(A法)。第6章给出了基于SiO2/Si衬底的硅拉曼模峰高(B法)进行石墨烯薄片层数测量的拉曼光谱法。附录A给出了拉曼光谱法测量石墨烯薄片层数的各种方法概要一览表。附录B给出了基于石墨烯薄片G模的峰高(C法)进行石墨烯薄片层数测量的拉曼光谱法。
