Scope of Application：
本标准规定了电动上下肢圆周运动训练设备的术语和定义、分类、要求和试验方法。
本标准适用于在医疗监护下使用，患者肢体末端沿定轴作圆周运动，带动单侧或双侧上肢和/或下肢的整个肢体进行综合运动训练，以增强运动障碍患者关节活动度和肌力的电动上下肢圆周运动训练设备（以下简称“设备”）。
本标准不适用于：
——单一关节运动训练设备，包括指、腕、肘、肩、髋、膝、踝关节运动训练设备，以及多种单一关节运动训练功能的组合式设备；
——推、拉、举、蹬、踏等非圆周运动训练设备，即便设备的运动部件中可能存在转动的器件；
——仅提供主动训练的设备，包括提供声音、图像等反馈信息的主动训练设备；
——预期不用于医疗康复环境和运动障碍患者的设备，例如健身器械。
