Scope of Application：
本标准规定了用爱泼斯坦方圈测量电工钢带（片）中频交流磁性能的一般原理、比总损耗、磁极化强度峰值、磁场强度有效值、磁场强度峰值和比视在功率的测定方法、测量装置、测量步骤和检测报告。本标准适用于晶粒取向和晶粒无取向电工钢带（片）在频率范围为400 Hz~10 kHz的交流磁性测量，适用于从任何等级的电工钢带（片）上取得的试验试样。测量前对试样退磁，测量在环境温度（23±5）℃进行。注： 本标准中“磁极化强度”的定义参照GB/T 9637，电工钢系列的一些标准采用“磁通密度”的定义。
