Scope of Application：
本文件规定了利用动态光散射法（DLS)测量分散于液体中主体为亚微米级颗粒、乳剂或微细气泡的平均流体动力学粒径和粒度分布的方法。DLS也称为“准弹性光散射法（QELS)”和“光子相关光谱法（PCS)”，尽管光子相关光谱法实际上是测量技术之一。本文件适用于对宽浓度范围内稀释及浓悬浮液的测量。在测量高、低浓度样品时，DLS使用相同的测量原理，但高浓度样品对仪器构造、样品制备等方面有特殊要求。在高浓度状态下，颗粒间相互作用、多重散射的主导效应显现，会导致高、低浓度样品粒径测量结果的显著差异。
