1.1 概述
本文件规定了用于描述与通信相关的(IED智能电子设备)配置和IED参数、通信系统配置、开关场(功能)结构及其之间关系的文件格式。该格式的主要目的是以一种兼容的方式在不同制造商提供的IED工程化工具和系统工程化工具之间交换IED能力描述和变电站自动化系统描述。
本文件定义的语言称为变电站配置描述语言(SCL)。SCL中的IED和通信系统模型符合GB/T 42151.5—2022和IEC 61850-7-x。在适当的部分可能需要特定于SCSM的扩展或使用规则。
变电站配置描述语言基于可扩展标记语言(Extensible Markup Language，XML)1.0版(见第2章XML条目)。
本文件既不规定使用该语言的个别实现或产品，也不约束在计算机系统中实体和接口的实现。本文件未规定配置数据下载到IED中的格式，尽管其可用作配置数据的一部分。
