本文件规定了牵引杆连接器和与之相匹配的牵引杆挂环的一般要求、Dc值和V值的确定、动态试验、静态试验和强度要求。本文件适用于下列车型使用的牵引杆挂环和与之相匹配的牵引杆连接器的强度试验：--最大设计总质量超过3 500 kg，超过相当于挂车最大设计总质量的10%和/或大于1 000 kg且不超过2 000 kg的垂直静载荷作用于牵引车辆的刚性牵引杆挂车及其组成的列车;--最大设计总质量超过3 500 kg的车辆运输挂车及其组成的列车。本文件不适用于ISO 123571规定的牵引杆连接器和与之相匹配的牵引杆挂环的强度试验。
