Scope of Application：
本文件规定了逐批计量序贯抽样检验方案（计划）的验收抽样系统。这些验收抽样计划是按一系列优先接收质量限（AQL）值来检索的，范围从0.01到10，AQL是根据不合格品百分数定义的。使用本文件时需保证生产过程稳定（处于统计受控状态）。
本文件的验收抽样计划的目的是通过拒收劣质批给生产方施加经济上和心理上的压力，促使其将过程平均质量水平值保持在规定的接收质量限以下，同时给使用方接收劣质批的概率提供一个上限。
这些验收抽样计划适用于连续系列批，即连续系列批的长度达到足以允许使用第6章中的转移规则。这些转移规则为：
——一旦发现质量变劣，通过转移到加严检验或暂停抽样检验加强对使用方的保护；
——如果质量一直比较好，为减少检验费用，经负责部门决定，根据转移规则，宜转移到放宽检验来对生产方提供激励。
本文件中的抽样方案是基于下列条件都满足的情况下设计出来的。
