Scope of Application：
本文件规定了小艇远程机械软轴操舵系统和输出推杆连接点的设计、建造、安装和试验要求，这些连接点可连接艇的方向舵、喷水推进装置、舷外发动机和艉机驱动发动机。
本文件适用于在各类艇上使用的三类不同类型的操舵系统：
——标准型操舵系统，适用于装有单台或双台舷外发动机（总功率超过15 kW）以及方向舵、艉机驱动装置和喷水推进装置的小艇；
——轻型操舵系统，适用于装有单台15 kW～40 kW舷外发动机的小艇；
——小型喷水操舵系统，不包括个人水上摩托艇。
注：标准型和轻型操舵系统在机械上可互换。标准型操舵系统可用于为轻型操舵系统设计的艇。但轻型操舵系统不用于需要标准型操舵系统的艇。小型喷水操舵系统在机械方面有别于前面两个系统，只用于本文件定义的小型喷水推进艇。
本文件不涉及艇的应急操舵方法。
