本文件规定了居家婴童防护用品的技术要求、试验方法、标识和使用说明、警示说明等。
本文件适用于0～48个月婴童使用的居家防护用品，包含：
——防摔用品，包括防摔护头帽、学步防摔枕、儿童地垫等。
——防撞用品，包括防撞条（角）、防撞包、门把手防撞套等。
——防婴童开启用品，包括柜门锁扣（含橱门、柜门、抽屉、冰箱等锁扣）、门窗安全锁、门把手挡、门锁旋转开关保护罩等。
——插座防护用品，包括插座孔防护盖和插座保护盖等。
——防夹手门挡。
本文件不适用于非专门针对婴童使用的家装防护用产品，如门吸、门塞、平移窗锁扣（月牙锁）等。
注： 附录A列举了居家婴童防护用品适用范围示例。
