本标准规定了井干式木结构的材料、横木、基础、墙体、楼地面、屋盖、防腐防虫要求及措施、阻燃防火要求及措施、保温隔热要求及措施、隔声要求及措施、施工技术及验收等要求。本标准适用于二层或二层以内（不含阁楼部分），建筑面积不超过500 m2，且建筑高度低于10 m的井干式木结构建筑。对于超过层数、面积或建筑高度的井干式木结构建筑，应单独进行结构计算后实施。
