本文件规定了以氯化聚氯乙烯（PVC-C）混配料为原料，经注塑成型的喷水灭火用氯化聚氯乙烯（PVC-C）管件（以下简称“管件”）的材料、产品分类、要求、试验方法、检验规则和标志、包装、运输和贮存。
本文件适用于 GB 50084 规定的工作压力不大于 1.2 MPa、使用环境温度不低于 4 ℃且不高于70 ℃的管件，用于火灾危险等级为轻危险级、中危险级Ⅰ级场所的自动喷水灭火系统。
本文件与 GB/T 39380的第 1 部分一起适用于 GB 50084 规定的塑料管道系统。
