本文件描述了2种测定染料在有机溶剂中溶解度的方法。
本文件适用于在溶剂的影响下不会发生化学变化，并且在规定的干燥条件下稳定且不挥发的染料。适用的染料质量浓度为1 g/L～1 000 g/L，如果溶液的黏度满足操作过程顺利进行的条件，也能使用更高的浓度。对于挥发性溶剂（沸点小于120 ℃)，采用重量法;对于挥发性较小的溶剂（沸点大于120 ℃)，采用光度法。
本文件不适用于染料中不溶物的测定。
