本文件描述了电工钢带(片)绝缘涂层热耐久性测试方法。
本文件定义了在规定温度(最高850 ℃)、规定持续时间(最高2 500 h)下进行热处理后，对电工钢带(片)绝缘涂层热耐久性进行评估试验的通用原则和技术细节，包括原理、试样、试验步骤、测量结果及试验报告。
在热处理前后的环境温度(23±5)℃下测量规定性能，本文件适用于绝缘涂层的下列性能：
——附着性；
——表面绝缘电阻/层间绝缘电阻；
——叠装系数。
本文件不适用于绝缘涂层的其他性能，如焊接性能，或暴露于高温下可能引起的变色等其他性能。因是长周期测试，本文件不适用于特定订单材料的验收测试。
