本文件规定了LED封装的光通量维持率的测试程序和条件。本文件还提供了根据收集到的有限的光通量维持率测试数据来推算光通量长期维持率的程序和条件（准则）。本文件同样适用于辐射通量和光量子通量长期维持率的推算。本文件适用于普通照明和植物光照用LED封装。本文件中的推算方法所使用的测试数据，按照ANSI/IES LM8020（LM80）的方法收集所得。长期维持率的推算程序基于ANSI/IES TM2119(TM21)中的指数拟合函数，且在ANSI/IES TM2119的指数拟合函数不适用的情况下，给出了另一种边界函数程序。〓〓〓〓〓
