本文件适用于需要在现场测量的非道路机械、工业设备、船舶装置、发电机组、柴油轨道牵引或类似机械用的往复式内燃机。第4章适用于在单个运行点或基于加权循环进行离散工况稳态试验气体或颗粒排放物的现场测量。第5章适用于需要使用便携式排放测试系统（PEMS)评估现场条件下典型在用发动机的气体排放性能的情况。
