Scope of Application：
本文件规定的限值是用于对居住环境中使用的广播接收机在30 MHz～1 000 MHz频率范围内提供保护。但满足本文件的要求不能对距离车辆、船或装置在10 m内的居住环境中使用的新型无线电发射或接收机提供足够的保护。
注1：经验表明：符合本文件可以为用于居住环境中的其他发射类型（包括规定频率范围以外的无线电发射)的接收机提供满意的保护。
本文件适用于可能对无线电接收造成干扰的电磁发射源。
这类发射源为：
a) 由内燃机、电驱动或两者共同驱动的车辆（见3.1);
b) 由内燃机、电驱动或两者共同驱动的船（见3.2)，测量方式与车辆相同，除非在本文件中对它们的独特性能有明确的规定；
c) 配备有内燃机或动力电池的装置（见3.3)。
参照附录G的流程图来帮助确定本文件的适用性。
本文件不适用于飞行器、家用电器、牵引系统（火车、有轨电车和无轨电车)和非完整车辆。对于双模式的无轨电车（例如既可用AC/DC电源驱动，又可用内燃机驱动)，内燃机驱动部分属于本文件范畴，而AC/DC电源驱动部分不属于本文件范畴。
注2： 车载接收机的保护见GB/T 18655—2018。
本文件不包括车辆连接到电源上充电时的电磁骚扰的测量。用户可以参考对这种状况做出规定的测量方法和限值的相关国家标准。
