本标准规定了民用水暖煤炉的型号表示方法、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则等。
本标准适用于以型煤、洗选煤等洁净煤为燃料，额定供热量小于50 kW，额定工作压力为常压，循环系统高度不超过10 m，出口水温不高于85 ℃的民用水暖煤炉。具有炊事功能的民用水暖煤炉可参照执行。
