本标准规定了对医用X射线计算机断层摄影装置（computed tomography X-ray scanner, 简称CT）以质量保证为目的进行检测的方法及其项目与要求。
本标准适用于CT机的验收检测、使用中CT机的状态检测及稳定性检测。本标准不适用于CT机生产中的质量控制以及与CT机配套使用的影像显示系统和硬拷贝系统。
