Scope of Application：
本文件规定的发射要求，适用于在工业场所（见3.1.12）环境中使用的电气和电子设备。
本文件不适用于GB 17799.3范围内规定的设备。
本文件所述的环境包含工业场所的户内和户外环境。
本文件适用的频率范围为9 kHz～400 GHz，本文件对选取的频率范围的无线电接收提供了足够的保护。未规定的频段无需测量。本文件的要求对于为无线电业务提供足够的保护水平是至关重要的。
本文件为了试验的目的，并未包含所有骚扰现象，而只是考虑了预期工作在本文件覆盖环境中的设备的相关骚扰现象。
本文件对所考虑的每种端口都规定了试验要求。
如果没有相关的产品或产品类电磁兼容（EMC）发射标准，则本文件通用EMC发射标准适用。
注1： 本文件无安全要求。
