1.1 本标准规定了永久安装的新液压电梯的制造与安装应遵守的安全准则。
本标准适用于轿厢由液压缸支承或由钢丝绳或链条悬挂并在与垂直面倾斜度不大于15°的导轨间运行，用于运送乘客或货物至指定层站的液压电梯。
1.2 除本标准的要求之外，应考虑在特殊情况下（潜在的爆炸环境、恶劣的气候条件、地震工况、危险物品的运输等)的补充要求。
