Scope of Application：
This document specifies the energy efficiency grades, minimum allowable values of energy efficiency, and test methods for fluorescent lamps used for general lighting. It applies to the following types of fluorescent lamps:
Self-ballasted fluorescent lamps with rated power between 3 W and 60 W, rated voltage of 220 V, and frequency of 50 Hz AC power supply, using screw or bayonet caps, integrating control components for starting and stable operation.
Self-ballasted induction fluorescent lamps with rated power between 10 W and 60 W.
Preheated cathode lamps that operate on a starter-equipped AC power frequency circuit, can also operate on high-frequency circuits, and those that work on high-frequency circuits (referred to as double-capped fluorescent lamps).
Single-capped fluorescent lamps with preheated cathodes.
Single-capped induction fluorescent lamps with rated power between 30 W and 400 W.
This document does not apply to self-ballasted fluorescent lamps with covers.
