全国危险化学品管理标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC 251)
本标准规定了铁路运输危险货物包装（不包括军品）的分类、代码和标记、要求、性能检验和使用鉴定。
本标准适用于第4章中除第2类、第6类的6.2项和第7类以外的铁路运输危险货物包装的检验。
本标准不适用于压力贮器、净重大于400 kg的包装件、容积超过450 L的包装件。
