本标准规定了在220 V、50 Hz供电条件下将交流电压转换为固定的、单路低压直流(不大于36 V)或低压交流(不大于36 V)输出电压的外部电源(以下简称：产品)能效限定值、节能评价值、试验方法和检验规则。
本标准适用于额定输出功率不大于250 W的产品。
本标准不适用于直流-直流的电源,也不适用于给工业用设备、医疗器械等供电的特殊用途的产品。
