本标准规定了电力变压器的能效限定值、目标能效限定值、节能评价值、能效等级和试验方法。
本标准适用于额定频率为50 Hz、电压等级为35 kV～220 kV、额定容量为3 150 kV·A及以上的三相油浸式电力变压器。
本标准不适用于干式变压器、高阻抗变压器和充气式变压器。
