本标准规定了家用和类似用途微波炉（以下简称微波炉)的能效等级、能效限定值、试验方法与检验规则。本标准适用于最大额定输入功率在2 500 W及以下，利用频率为2 450 MHz的ISM频段电磁能量以及由电阻性电热元件加热炉腔内物品和食物的微波炉，包括组合型微波炉。本标准不适用于商用微波炉、工业微波炉以及带抽油烟机的微波炉。注： ISM频段是由国际电信联盟（ITU)确定并在国际无线电干扰特别委员会（CISPR)制定的编号为CISPR 11的标准中采用的电磁频率范围。
