本标准规定了水嘴的水效限定值、节水评价值、水效等级和试验方法。
本标准适用于安装在建筑物内的冷、热水供水管路末端，公称压力(静压)不大于1.0 MPa，介质温度为4 ℃~90 ℃条件下的洗面器水嘴、厨房水嘴、妇洗器水嘴和普通洗涤水嘴的水效评价。
本标准不适用于具有延时自闭功能的水嘴。
