本标准适用于690 V及以下的电压和50 Hz交流电源供电的小功率三相异步电动机(10 W～2 200 W)、电容运转异步电动机(10 W～2 200 W)、电容起动异步电动机(120 W～3 700 W)、双值电容异步电动机(250 W～3 000 W)等一般用途电动机，以及房间空调器风扇电动机(6 W～550 W)。
